Here is something I found pressing F3 during a song or on the results menu will pull up this chart which gives you lots of information about the song you on like the latency and your actual score The Error happens after the song
Really cool game, as a Taiko fan, I absolutely love the things this game does with the 2-note format! Some of the base and custom charts I've played are really freaking cool, and I replay them often. Other than a VS mode (which I saw below that it isn't a priority right now), I'd like to suggest showing the map's name above the notes' box, and maybe even a progress bar. But, more importantly, showing the max combo and score records in-game, it'd be really helpful when going for replays!
One suggestion, it might be more satisfying/frustrating if the note bar flashed gold when a note was hit, and the whole note screen flashed red when a note is missed, like in the original game.

I was playing on mobile and wanted to give some feedback. I haven't played a ton, but of what I have played it's functioned almost perfectly. The only bugs I've really experienced is the song rarely freezing for less than a couple seconds, and I don't miss notes when this happens, and that the notes can't be seen until about 1/4 from the top of the box. If you want a recording or screenshot let me know!
Also, do you have a kofi or anything that I can give a donation to? I'd love to give you some support, I'm just personally not interested in patreon.

Yeah the notes spawning inside the box is a known issue, it just happens when there's too much lag unfortunately. Hopefully I can get it running a bit better on mobile soon (mayyybe a proper android port at some point too? OH BTW FOR PEOPLE WHO USE CUSTOM MAPS: if you notice some maps don't show up in the menu, try naming all the files within that song's folder the exact same name as the folder itself! if even one file is not the same as the folder it causes it to disappear from the custom maps menu, but it'll reappear after naming it correctly.
edit: almost forgot, there's also an error that if a song has a period in the name (.), the period and anything after that will fail to show in the menu select.

Yes they all need to have the same name, just because of the way the loading works internally. I'll hopefully be able to fix that at some point.
Oh yeah I'll also have a look into allowing periods in the name, pretty sure it's just because of the way it deals with removing the files extensions in the name, should be fixable I think.
This game is actually amazing, good job! I no-miss'd THE WORLD REVOLVING, and it was very fun. You should add a pause menu, where you can adjust the sound and latency offset mid game, instead of exiting and going to the guy.

I was literally just thinking about how much fun a Deltarune rhythm game would be and how I would make it lol still might, but not until I've beaten all of these songs!!

I thought I was finally done with the 100% why did you have to go and add all these new songs 😭😭😭
when I was playing long maps (ex: the legend) the visual cues got "reduced" downwards, making it harder until there is no bars.
