V1.4: Chapter 3 Maps and Tabs/Map Packs

Maps for ALL 38 Chapter 3 tracks! - Every single map from the Chapter 3 OST has a map. This has more than doubled the total number of maps in the game!

Maps are now sorted into tabs by chapter - In the map select menu, there's now tabs at the top, for each chapter. Use Left and Right to switch between them. Without this, it would have been really annoying to have to scroll through the 67 maps in the game, so now it's much easier.

You can now sort custom maps into folders so they'll be in tabs too - The tabs work exactly the same as the built in maps. To sort maps, just put them in a folder (e.g. the midi would be Custom Maps/Undertale/MEGALOVANIA/MEGALOVANIA.mid). Any maps that aren't in a folder like that (Just directly in the folder, the same way they were before) will be sorted to their own "unsorted" tab. This is super useful for just sorting your maps (e.g. by series), or for map makers who want to make map packs!

Some visual upgrades to the Café - The lights on the Café's stage and on the tables are now animated. I also made the most important change: before, Swatch didn't have the cat ears he has in Ch4. This grievous error has been rectified.

Size optimization - The built-in maps are now better compressed, so they're about 2/3 the size as before. This means that despite the game now having more than twice the number of maps, the file size is only about 10mb larger.

Loading optimization - Before, whenever you returned to the Café, the game would have to reload all maps, meaning it froze to load for a tiny bit. Now, maps stay loaded globally, so it's basically instant.

R to Reload - Maps staying loaded does mean that you can't use loading into a map and quitting out a a way to reload custom maps if you're adding more. You can of course just close the game and re-open it, but to make it a bit faster, I've made pressing R in the Café instantly reload them. I'll probably make a proper menu option for that eventually, but this works for now.

Fixed Custom Level select menu scrolling when holding the button - Turns out I accidentally wrote "CustomLevelSelection" instead of "customLevelSelection" in the scroll code, so it didn't actually scroll when holding the button (you had to just press it each time). Oops, fixed that now!

Added a message on the custom map selection screen if there's no custom maps in the folder.

The lag threshold for the lag warning has been increased - Before it was pre-emptive, which meant it would show up if continued lag will likely cause a problem. This is good in some ways, but sometimes the lag isn't bad enough to cause problems before the map ends, so it just stayed on screen for no reason. So now it'll only show up when the map is already breaking.
